Pro Tip: If you’re heading from Baltimore to Norfolk as part of a full tour of the Chesapeake Bay area, the drive is around four hours. However, bus and Amtrak service can be used for an easier travel experience. While this may seem like a far haul, the Chesapeake Bay technically runs through six states!
